The period of the requirement is for two (2) years, with three (3) option year to extend. This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canadian-Chile Free Trade Agreement, Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Peru, Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA) It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
