The Project consists of turn-key construction and installation of various downtown landscape and irrigation improvements for the City of Taylor, TX Preparation of site(s) and installation of new turn-key Landscape, Irrigation, and Miscellaneous. Including, but not limited to new turn-key Irrigation System(s) and connection to multiple City-provided meters, turn-key install of new Planting, Mulch, Trees and Topsoil, Electrical, Underground electrical service as required. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves regarding all local conditions prior to submitting bids.
