180-0008 Electrical Scada Improvements to Serve Faulkey Gully Municipal Utility District Lift Stations No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, Water Plant No. 1, and Water Well No. 3. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or a bid bond from a surety company holding a permit in the State of Texas for an amount equal to 5% of the amount bid. The amount of said certified or cashier's check or bond will be forfeited to the OWNER and the bank or surety shall be liable to the OWNER for the amount in the event the successful bidder shall fail or refuse to enter into a contract or furnish bonds as hereafter required within ten (10) days after the date of notice of award. The work, in general, consists of the following: A. Coordination of existing facility shut down with Operator and Engineer. B. Construction of Electrical SCADA Improvements. C. Testing of constructed facilities. D. Site clean up and restoration.
