The City of Bunker Hill Village, Texas is requesting Contractors to submit competitive sealed proposals to provide Construction Manager Services for the construction of new 2 story addition to the City Hall. The addition will consist of approximately 6,000 SF of new space and related site work. The City of Bunker Hill Village is planning on constructing a new two story addition to the existing City Hall located at 11977 Memorial Drive in the City of Bunker Hill Village. The project consists of a new two story City Hall addition that includes offices, breakroom, multipurpose meeting room, restrooms, locker rooms, dog kennels and shell space. The addition will be located where an existing pre engineered metal building currently sits. The existing pre-engineered metal building will be demolished to make room for the new addition. The adjacent site will not be impacted by this project. The existing parking lot and trees will be required to be protected during construction. The existing pre-engineered metal building is not expected to contain any contaminated materials. If any contaminated materials are encountered, the City will abate these materials under a separate contract.
