Street Rehabilitation - Community Crossings 2021-2 All proposals shall be properly and completely executed on Form No. 96 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts of the State of Indiana. All proposals submitted shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bidder's Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check made payable to the City of Richmond, Indiana in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. If the bidder is from out-of-state, the Bidder's Bond must be secured by a Surety who is admitted to do business in Indiana. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price and a 100% Labor and Materials Payment Bond prior to commencing work. Checks of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned on award of the proposal. The City of Richmond is not responsible and/or liable for any bid specifications and/or plans not obtained directly from the City of Richmond. Bidder will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, including Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1983. The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana reserves the right to reject any and all bids, parts of bids and re-advertise for the same and to waive informalities or errors in bidding.
