Construction Repairs on 707 Hamilton street Bids will be received by the Borough Council of the Borough of Pottstown. As Bid Security, an ORIGINAL bid bond, certified check or cashiers check drawn to the order of the Borough of Pottstown in the amount of Ten percent (10%) of the bid must be delivered, prior to the bid opening and separate from the online bid, to the Borough of Pottstown, Borough Hall, 100 E. High Street, Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19464 (tel. 610-970-6528) as Bid Security, which will be returned after the award of the contract. Bids may not be withdrawn within Sixty (60) days from the time fixed for the bid opening.
