Renovation of a water / sewer project in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of the project consists of constructing two (2) pre-engineered metal buildings to enclose and provide weatherproofing for two existing Water Treatment Plant High Service Pump Stations and one (1) concrete masonry unit building to enclose and provide weatherproofing for one existing Water Treatment Plan High Service Pump Station. Eagle Mountain and Westside WTP Weatherproof Enclosures - Provide and install two (2) pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) to enclose existing water treatment plant (WTP) High Service Pump Stations (HSPS) - One (1) at Eagle Mountain WTP HSPS 2 and One (1) at Westside WTP HSPS - Provide and install concrete masonry unit (CMU) enclosure for existing Eagle Mountain WTP HSPS 1. - Selective demolition at each of the pump stations - Provide drill shaft foundations for three new enclosures for existing High Service Pump Stations (HSPS). - Maintain plant operations during installation of HSPS enclosures. - Associated civil, HVAC, electrical, and instrumentation work. The Work will be substantially complete within 365 days; Final Acceptance within 400 days
