Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 4,022-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; office development; and educational facility.
As of 2/4/2022 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. Any proposal received without the subject line of the email not properly and clearly marked may result in the proposal being rejected.Late proposals will be rejected unopened, regardless of the degree of lateness or the reasons for lateness, including reasons beyond the control of the supplier. The scope of work includes remodeling approximately 4,080 square feet of existing office space on the lower level of the building. The work includes but not limited to: the demolition and construction of cmu and metal stud walls, doors, ceilings, floor finishes, kitchenette cabinets, sink and faucet, concrete floor, interior drain tile, duct work, electrical and data, all as indicated on the drawings. The work on this project will consist of a single lump sum contract for all work. Bid Security is required. The accepted Bidder(s) will be required to provide a Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance listing NWTC as additional insured. Only sealed bids will be accepted when received as specified in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
