NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed Bid Proposals for the project listed above will be received by the MAC, a public corporation, at the office thereof located at 6040 - 28th Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55450, until the date and hour indicated. This project provides for: 1. Civil Construction for the 2022 Delta Building B Tunnel Water Mitigation as shown or specified includes the following major work items: Management of Impacted and Contaminated Soils, Excavation and Fill, Erosion and Sedimentation Control, Removals, Aggregate Base, Pavement Markings, Barriers and Bollards, Horizontal Directional Drilling, Manholes and Catch Basins, Pressure Piping, Lift Station Equipment, and HDPE Pipe for Force Mains. 2. Electrical Construction work for the 2022 Delta Building B Tunnel Water Mitigation as shown or specified includes the following major work items: General Provisions - Electrical, Common Work Results, Demolition, Low Voltage Electrical Power Conductors and Cables, Grounding and Bonding, Hangars and Supports, Raceways and Boxes, Underground Ducts and Raceways, Identification, Wiring Devices, Fuses, Enclosed Switches, Lighting Fixtures, General Provisions - Telecommunications, and Raceway for Communications Systems. The goal of the MAC for the utilization of Targeted Group Businesses on this project is 12.0%.
