As of April 1, 2022 This project is already awarded to R & R Roofing & Waterproofing, INC with the awarded amount of $414,670. Construction start sate will be April 4th and will be completed after 120 days. Scope of work:Provide all labor, equipment, and miscellaneous material to install District purchased and furnished roof restoration material over the properly prepared substrate for the specified Valley-Wide Recreation and Park District facilities, per the material provider and project specifications. All questions must be submitted in writing by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 27, 2022, to Justin Schweitzer at Justin@GoRecreation.org. Questions received after this time may not be responded. All work shall be complete within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after receipt of Notice-of-Acceptance-of-Proposal/Notice to Proceed. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check or a Bid Bond in favor of the Valley-Wide Recreation and Park District in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the District with a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, prior to execution of the Contract. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive an irregularities or information in any bids or in the bidding process.
