The City of South San Francisco (City) is inviting proposals from qualified Civil Engineering Firms (Consultant) to provide professional engineering services for the preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) for the Utah Avenue Overcrossing Project (hereinafter referred to as Project). The City is seeking to obtain professional services from consultant firms that have experience and a demonstrated background in completing Caltrans PS&E Project Developments associated with interchange crossing structures, and that are familiar with current Caltrans Project Development requirements.This Request for Proposals (RFP) is only seeking proposals for services to complete the PS&E phase of the Project. CONSULTANT shall perform professional and technical engineering services to prepare the PS&E Documents. Interested consultants desiring additional information are asked to contact the RFPs primary point of contact shown below. Additionally, questions may be submitted online on OpenGov and shall be received until 2:00 PM by September 29, 2023.
