Renovation of an educational facility in Northlake, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of April 26, 2024, bids received were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. The Board of Education of LEYDEN HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 212 will receive sealed bids for the following: ROOF REPLACEMENT WORK by a ROOFING CONTRACTOR to be performed at the following schools: WEST LEYDEN HIGH SCHOOL 1000 North Wolf Road Northlake, Illinois 60164 All interested bidders must demonstrate previous experience with school roofing projects in Illinois schools and complete and file with the Architect, a confidential AIA-A305 Contractor's Qualification Statement. Roofing Contractors interested in attending the Pre-Bid shall contact the architect's office: SPM Architects, Inc. at 708-671-0446 or via email at amelendez@spmarchitects.com . Qualified bids must include a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid, which shall be a bid bond or certified check. The school district reserves the right to reject a bid from a Roofing Contractor who in the school district's opinion does not exhibit experience equal to the size and scope of this project. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for the Renovation Work Project. Bidders may not withdraw a bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
