Austell Road Sidewalk Pedestrian Improvements Project Description: The project consists of the construction of sidewalk along the west side of Austell Road from Veterans Memorial Highway at Maxham Road to Clay Road. This is a joint project with the City of Austell. Cobb County Water System work is also included. Project Duration: The time allowed for performance of the project will be 450 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages of $1,000.00 per consecutive calendar day shall be assessed for failure to complete project within specified time frame. The project consists of the construction of sidewalks along the west side of Austell Road from Veterans Memorial Highway at Maxham Road to Clay Road. This is a joint project with the City of Austell. The time allowed for performance of the project will be 450 consecutive calendar days.
