Renovation of a fire / police facility in Manchester, New Hampshire. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

**As of March 14, 2022, this project is on hold as the costs exceeded the budgets." The start date is to be coordinated with the owner but assumed to be around late April 2022 and with all materials on site The Project involves Concrete Floor Repairs and coatings with provisions of project management, equipment, materials, installation, quality control and delivery as specified in this RFP and without substitution to the Central Fire Station located at 100 Merrimack Street, Manchester, NH 03101. The City will enter into a written contract utilizing an completed contract for small projects (exhibit F) and a purchase order to the selected contractor who will be responsible for supply and completing all aspects of the project as defined in this RFP. The contractor will conduct a thorough review of all of the requested repairs and must take responsibility for the entire contract, scope of work as detailed in the drawings and provide the City with a one year warranty starting once all work is 100% completed and approved by the owner. The start date is to be coordinated with the owner but assumed to be around late April 2022 and with all materials on site. The Owner will occupy the existing facility during this timeframe and the contractor will need to anticipate the operating schedule. The fire station is active and busy. The work will be performed in two parts. Western half first then once 100% completed and ready for daily fire trucks , work will then switch to the east side until 100% completed. A 10% Bid Bond from an authorized bonding agent is required to be submitted with the bid. .
