Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,500,000-square-foot, 552-bed, 6,500-space medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The new hospital is planned to feature 552 beds, an emergency department with 90 bays, 90 newborn intensive care unit beds and new labor and delivery program services. The hospital will also include an ambulatory care facility, a unit plant and a parking garage with 6,500 spaces. As of October 1st, 2024, a groundbreaking ceremony has occurred.
