Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Hagerstown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,032-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Project entails the construction of two pole buildings at the Public Works Street Sweeper cleanout facility at 970 Eldridge Drive. Contact Jeannie Jefferies, Administrative Coordinator, at (301) 790-0700 to obtain contract documents. TOTAL S.F. 1,032 S.F Payment shall be made to the contractor upon satisfactory completion of the work, as deemed by the City Engineer; therefore, no bonds are required and no progress payments made. By entering into this contract, the contractor agrees to provide a 100% warranty for a period on ONE (1) year against material or workmanship defects and will fully replace the defects at the contractors cost and the City Engineers direction. Roof material warranties must also be submitted and accepted by the City prior to final payment. The contractor shall complete all the work outlined within thirty (30) working days after the Notice to Proceed date.
