Site work and paving for a civil project in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
A description of the Work to be performed is: install underground utilities including storm, sanitary and water line, approximately 18,000 SY of roadway improvements, stormwater management ponds, gravel maintenance trails, and erosion control. Bids shall be made on the forms furnished by the Owner and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the name of the Bidder. Bidders are hereby advised that the Owner reserves the right to not award a Contract until sixty(60) days from the date of the opening of Bids, and Bidders expressly agree to keep their Bids open for the sixty (60) day time period. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is in the opinion of the Owner in its best interest. Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
