Description

Renovation of a golf course in Joplin, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.

Repair AND/OR Replace fascia and soffits as needed Paint ALL Fascia white to match the existing exterior color OR wrap fascia in white metal Repair/Replace guttering on WEST side of building to properly manage water run off. The City reserves the right to evaluate all bids, to reject any or all bids and re-bid at a later date. The City may waive any irregularities in the bid or negotiate variances from specifications and make awards that are in the best interests of the City. The City will have final decision in all matters regarding acceptance of bids and issuance of awards. The City encourages minority and female owned businesses to submit bids on all City purchases. Contractor shall have 30 working days for completion of this project after issuance of the purchase order, with a $100.00 per day deduction for each working day over the finish date, except for rain days.
