The Project, which is funded from a Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant-IDNR, Parks Department Budgeted Funds will be executed in up to ten (10) contract divisions. Bidders are advised that the Owner may have Department, Volunteer, and other Contractors working on the project. The Bidder shall provide a project schedule that accommodates the other forces that may be engaged in the project work. Bidders shall provide their company name, complete street address (no PO Box), phone number, fax number, email address and the contact persons name. Copies of any and all addenda which may be issued for this project shall be included with the documents and shall be forwarded to all bid documents holders at their return street address. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. All bids received shall remain valid and in force 60 calendar days after the date of bid opening. A conditional or unqualified bid will be rejected. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interest of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2. The Owner also reserves the right to waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid, which is deemed most favorable to the owner.
