Direct all inquiries concerning this RFQ to: Gillian White Historic Preservation Planner Email: gillian.white@townofcary.org Deadline for written questions January 12, 2022 Town Response to Questions (anticipated) January 14, 2022 Evaluation Meeting (anticipated) Week of February 14, 2022 Interviews (if required) Week of February 28, 2022 Selection Announcement (tentative) March 15, 2022 Purpose The Town of Cary is seeking one or more qualified firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: Cary owns approximately 29 sites and/or structures of historic significance. Only a handful of these, such as the Cary Arts Center, Hillcrest Cemetery, and the PageWalker Hotel, have been fully rehabilitated for a permanent use. Cary is seeking a licensed architectural lead team to serve as an on-call consultant to help evaluate and ultimately design permanent uses for other historical sites as funding becomes available. We are seeking an experienced team of consultants from engineers to landscape architects to assist with future projects. Final scopes of work will be negotiated case by case.
