The City of Plantation desires to enter into a contractual relationship with a Contractor capable of providing fencing services to include but not limited to repairs a and new installations on an as needed basis at various sites and facilities with the City. The work may include removal and disposal of vegetation along fence lines that would interfere with the installation of proposed work. Bid Bond Yes - 5% Bid Security. A surety bond maybe required equal to the value of the job to guarantee the work will be done per the specifications on a timely basis. No Pre-Bid Conference Available All questions may be addressed in writing to the Charles Spencer, Procurement Director, 400 NW 73 Avenue Plantation, Florida. Charles Spencer can be reached at 954-797-2647, Monday Through Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM, Email: Espencer@plantation.org. liquidated damages for delay (but not as a penalty) Contractor shall pay the City $100.00 for each day that expires after the time specified for Completion The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the one that is in the best interests of the City.
