Site work for a transportation facility in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
TCL&P is requesting bids to provide all labor necessary for the rebuild of the Barlow to Parsons transmission line. This includes dropping the existing 477 ACSR conductor down for a distribution circuit, installing new 795 ACSS conductor, and a 1,900' duct bank. The project is located along the railroad tracks within Traverse City, Michigan. All bidders must familiarize themselves with the site conditions prior to submitting a bid for this project. All work must be completed no later than October 28, 2022. Contractor must notify TCL&P at least one week before commencing work in order for TCL&P to prepare for switching. All work on the project(s) must be substantially complete on or before October 14, 2022 and fully completed by the Successful Bidder no later than October 28, 2022. TCL&P reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and to accept the bids either on an entire or individual basis that is in the best interest of TCL&P Rebuilding of the Barlow to Parsons transmission line from the intersection of Barlow St and Grove St to the intersection of Airport Access Rd and Parsons Rd
