In general, the following scope of work is desired by the City. The firm's proposal shall address how the firm will perform the tree inventory and inspection work and deliver the indicated services. Work tasks shall include, but are not necessarily limited to those items attached herein. If the firm believes that additional tasks are warranted, those tasks must be clearly identified in the proposal as "Optional Services. . Questions will be responded to in writing. Written summaries of all questions and answers will be distributed to each Contractor or posted on the City's website. Anonymity of the source of specific written questions will be maintained in the written responses. A clarification addendum will be issued, if necessary. inquiries will be allowed only if the nature of the request or inquiry does not lend itself to formulation into a written question.The City of Cupertino reserves the right to reject any or all responses received as a result of this solicitation; to extend the submission due date for; to modify, amend, reissue or rewrite this document; and to procure any or all services by other means.
