Site work and renovation of a civil project in Shenandoah, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project no: 103-0107 The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to rehabilitate Research Forest Lift Station including but not limited to, mobilization, bonds and insurance, bypass pumping, remove and replace the ductile iron riser piping within the wet well, remove the internal wet well piping and aboveground piping for the unused pump setup, remove and replace two (2) thrust block pipe supports, blast and recoat aboveground piping, and add safety nets. Electrical work includes service pole with new meter and disconnect, replacement and relocation of lift station control panel, replacement and relocation of level sensing equipment, power for generator heater and proposed pump hoist including all incidentals, and all else detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station.
