Work shall begin as soon as weather permits, with system installed in June 30, 2022, including final grading and seeding. All work will be done in accordance with the scope of work, plans, and specifications. Construction magnitude is estimated at $49,000.00 - $52,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Install Septic System Install a new insulated 1,000 gallon septic tank Install new insulated 4"x12" arctic pipe sewer service line Install double cleanout Install a new bed-style drain field Drain field consists 4 rows of 7 chambers for a total of 317sf of treatment area Abandon and crush in place existing septic tank and drain field in accordance with ADEC regulations ANTHC reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of such bidder fails to satisfy ANTHC that such bidder is properly qualified and responsible to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work contemplated therein.
