Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Albany, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of December 13, 2023, per owner, this project has been cancelled. Notice is hereby given that the City of Albany (City), Oregon, is requesting proposals from a qualified firm that can demonstrate competency and experience in providing architectural design, construction engineering, and related design services for the construction of a new Transit Operations Facility, at property located on Map 11S03W18C Tax Lot 100, 34th Avenue SW, Albany, OR. This procurement is being made in accordance with 2 CFR 200.320 and FTA Circular 4220.1F. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law and may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City, and at no cost to the City.
