Construct improvements identified for the Four Points Center (#3) Lift Station in the Northwest Area Lift Station Study. Increase effective wet well volume capacity for Hancox WTP sludge/solids discharge. The City of Austin (City) has provided details for a new development (SER 4765) that intends to discharge into Four Points Center LS with an expected peak wet weather flow (PWWF) of 1,700 gpm. A Flow Development summary for existing lift station flows is provided below: CRITERIA EXISTING FLOWS (GPM) AVERAGE DAILY FLOW (ADF)330 PEAK DRY WEATHER FLOW (PDWF)1,500 PEAK WET WEATHER FLOW (PDWF) 1,700 The Work consists of upgrades to the existing Four Points Center Lift Station including an increase in pumping capacity in conjunction with an on-site natural gas generator, a flowmeter, and site improvements to allow for station access/parking. Additionally, electrical improvements as well as structural rehabilitation for the existing wet well are included.
