Task Order Proposal Request via Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, Minnesota MATOC Solicitation Number: 36C26322R0053 Project: Replace 3.0T MRI Site Prep, 618-CSI-210 Project Location: Minneapolis VA Health Care System, Minneapolis, MN 55417 The work consists of demolition and new construction. See Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings for full project description and requirements. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high demand for MRI scans at the Minneapolis VAHCS, the adjacent 1.5T MRI suite will remain operational from 7:00 am -7:00 pm Monday through Sunday throughout the duration of this replacement project. This will require ALL work for this construction project to occur after hours (between 7:00 pm and 7:00 am). Coordination with, and approval of the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) is required for any work needed within MRI operation hours. This task order solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) General Contractors who hold a Multiple Award Multiple Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the Minnesota region. Estimated Magnitude of Construction: $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
