The County of Orange is requesting competitive bids for Insulation Repair and Installation, as more fully detailed in Attachment A – Scope of Work of the Model Contract. Any questions, requests for interpretations, or clarifications shall be requested in writing through BidSync on or before Wednesday, February 23, 2022 by 1600 PST. All services shall be completed at Sheriff-Coroner’s locations throughout Orange County, CA. Standard manufacturer’s warranty shall apply to all items and shall not begin until the product is received and accepted by the County. This is a fully electronic bid and all bids must be submitted via BidSync.com. By submitting the bid, bidders certify that they have read, understood, and accept the County of Orange Terms and Conditions. County, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any or all bids received as a result of this solicitation. County may cancel this Invitation for Bids in whole or in part without prior notice. Thereafter, County may issue a solicitation for new bids. County reserves the right to award its total requirements to one bidder or to apportion those requirement among two or more bidders as County may deem to be in the best interests of County. In addition, negotiations may or may not be conducted with bidder; therefore, the proposal/bid submitted should contain the bidder’s most favorable terms and conditions, since the selection and award may be made without discussion with any bidder.
