Regional Safety Design Services to include:
Contract 1 - Region A: Districts 1 and 4
Contract 2 - Region B: Districts 3 and 6
Contract 3 - Region C: Districts 2 and 5
Contract 4 - Region D: District 7 Each selected Consultant shall be awarded one (1) of four (4) contracts to provide Regional Safety Design Services for Region A - Districts 1 and 4; Region B - Districts 3 and 6; Region C - Districts 2 and 5; and Region D - District 7. Each selected firm will be expected to provide safety design services, such as, crash analysis, crash screenings, traffic engineering studies, concept development, concept reports, survey, utility investigations, environmental studies, conceptual drawings, design, plan development, and design for the letting of safety projects. Anticipated Key Team Leaders for the four (4) Contracts:
Deputy Project Manager
Lead Design Engineer
Safety Engineer
Alternative Intersection Specialist
Traffic Engineer
Total of Five (5) Key Team Leaders per each Contract From the advertisement date of this Public Notice Announcement, through the posting of the RFQ, until successful respondents are selected and the award is made official and announced, firms are not allowed to communicate about this PNA/RFQ Solicitation or scope with any staff of GDOT including the Commissioner and GDOT Board Members, except for the submission of questions as instructed in the upcoming Request for Qualifications, with the contact designated in the PNA/RFQ or as provided by any existing work agreement(s). For violation of this provision, GDOT reserves the right to reject the submittal of the offending respondent. Contact Information:
