The improvement includes all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of improvements for the Birdland Pump Station, including site work, yard piping, demolition, excavation, cast-in-place concrete, structure and building construction, equipment installation, process piping, mechanical, electrical and controls, rehabilitation and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup; all in accordance with the contract documents, located near Pennsylvania Avenue and North Union Street, Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than April 30, 2024 and in accordance with the attached Completion Provisions.
