The Village of Angola will receive sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, permits, services, insurances and supervision necessary for the collection, hauling and disposal of Mixed Municipal Solid Waste and specified items and materials and the collection, hauling and processing of Recyclables and specified items and material from the Village of Angola at permitted Solid Waste Management Facilities. Each bidder s attention is called to the General Municipal Law, which requires a bidder s Certificate of Non-Collusion and Waiver of Immunity. Copies of such certificates are part of the proposal form and, unless complied with, this bid will not be accepted. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Village of Angola will reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities.
