The Las Vegas - Clark County Library System, hereafter referred to as the Applicant, is requesting proposals for Leased Lit Fiber (Without Internet Access) for 11 public libraries in the County. Service is expected to originate at the library site and be delivered to the Las Vegas Clark County Library System at the hub 7060 W Windmill Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89113. The new service is being planned to begin on July 1, 2022. At County owned library facilities there may be an opportunity to serve the facility with an additional fiber circuit to serve Clark County Government needs. Respondents should also refer to a Clark County School District opportunity to bring a fiber based circuit to schools in some of the same cities/towns. These area for the most part, lack suitable broadband to serve the Libraries daily operations. Many of these areas are severely lacking broadband infrastructure to support the needs of the surrounding community.
