The general description of the Scope of Work (SOW) for the project is to clean all the forced air ventilation ducts at various City Office Buildings within the City including City Hall, Police Station, Community Center, Library, Fire Department, and the DPW. The contractor will provide all crane and rigging services if required. Contractor is responsible to obtain all necessary permits and inspections through the Building Department at no cost. All work will be performed in accordance with current applicable building, plumbing, electrical and mechanical codes. Contractor may need to work weekends and/or shift work in order to clean the ventilation systems when buildings are not occupied.
