Last day to submit questions Vendor January 25, 2022 @ 5 PM EST Respond to questions State January 26, 2022 @ 5 PM EST Refer ALL Inquiries regarding this RFP to: Chad Hicks Email: hicksce@appstate.edu Phone: 828-262-4004 Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform the providing of and installation/de-installation of temporary bleachers for Kidd Brewer Stadium, Boone, NC in compliance with and according to all specifications, regulations, codes and directives as supplied by the ASU Department of Planning, Design and Construction and as required by all federal, state and local authorities having jurisdiction over the above described project. - Note: All equipment and materials required for this scope of work are the responsibility of the contractor and must be included as part of the base bid for services. - Vendor will be responsible to have knowledge of the site. Provide temporary seating in Kidd Brewer Stadium to accommodate 40,000 fans (in addition to fixed seating already on-site). - Units can include general admission bench seating and premium areas. No wooden seats. - All seating to be installed, inspected, and certified for use by 12 pm Monday August 26, 2022. - Partial or full seating removal could begin on Monday, September 5, 2022. This can be discussed with the vendor once bid is awarded. - Installation must follow all local, state, and federal codes and guidelines pertaining to project. - ASU will provide plywood and carpet for construction walkways (if needed). Provide Stamped plans to ASU Planning Design & Construction NLT 01JUN22 for review. - Submit stamped plans to NC State Construction Office NLT 15JUN22 for review and approval. - Vendor to provide stamped plans the must be approved by NC State Construction prior to project begin.
