Renovation of a transportation facility in Midland, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
As of 6/22/2022 project was not yet been awarded. Anticipated award date 6/28/2022. Estimate: $650,000.00 - $800,000.00 The work includes: 1.Installation of a 12-inch solenoid control valve and pre-cast valve vault with associated electrical and instrumentation at the Airport EST site. 2.2. Installation a combination pressure-reducing, pressure-sustaining valve, and valve vault with a 6-inch by pass line and associated electrical. 3.3. Work shall also include abandonment of an existing 6-inch waterline and connections to exising 16-inch and 12-inch waterlines. Additional details will be provided 48 hours prior to the pre-bid conference. The deadline to ask questions is 5/19/2022 12:00 PM CST Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation on or before September 23, 2022. The Project is to be complete and eligible for final payment 30 days after the date for Substantial Completion.
