Renovation of an office development in Dracut, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
**As of March,3 2022 project was awarded to Williams Electric LLC, bid amount is $80,600.** The Project consists of: Installation of new standby power supply system, including engine-generator, and automatic transfer switch to serve the community space and common area electrical loads at the development. The work is estimated to cost $82,422.00 General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Dracut Housing Authority. The inspection is an opportunity to visit and observe the site only. Any oral interpretations offered at the site inspection are non-binding. Any questions must be submitted in writing to the Designer, at the e-mail address on the Project Manual cover, no later than 4:00 PM on the Friday prior to the date stated above for the receipt of bids. Questions after that time may not be responded to, at the sole discretion of the designer In accordance with Article 9 of the General Conditions, the Work shall start as stated in the Notice to Proceed and shall be complete within 375 consecutive calendar days. CONTRACTOR BONDS The Contractor shall provide the Owner with performance and payment (labor and materials) bonds in the form provided by the Department, executed by a surety licensed by the Commonwealth's Division of Insurance. Each such bond shall be in the amount of the Contract Sum. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women.
