The scope of work consists of the complete design, using a theme as detailed in document, to supply and install a new splash pad, including but not limited to, all design, concrete, pumps, controls, valves, pipes, timers, jets, water-play amenities and features required for the new splash pad to be fully operational. Proponents are encouraged to be as creative as possible in the design and layout of the new splash pad and surrounding areas. The splash pad must be designed to meet the most current City of Windsor Accessibility standards.
