Renovation of an educational facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project will be awarded by trade. Please contact Amy M. at 920-993-5127 or purchasing@fvtc.edu with any questions A. Provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools and equipment to complete project as described in the Scope of Work. B. Contractor is responsible for complying with all Federal, State, and Local regulations, codes and to obtain all permits required to perform this work. C. Contractor is responsible for coordinating all rough-in and final inspections needed. D. Unless stated otherwise, Contractor shall comply with FVTC Construction Specification Standards ("FVTC Standards"). E. Contractor is responsible for final clean of construction and adjacent areas. F. Prior to the installation of any new or removed ceiling tile, the Contractor shall provide FVTC Facilities staff the opportunity to perform an above ceiling inspection. G. Where existing flooring is to remain, Contractor is responsible for protecting it from damage during the work. H. Contractor is responsible for verifying all dimensions.
