All work on the project shall be substantially complete by May 13, 2022, with a Certificate of Occupancy issued by May 27, 2022, and in accordance with the plans and Standard Specifications. Working days will be charged as provided for in the Standard Specifications, once the work order is issued. Liquidated damages in the amount described in the Standard Specifications shall be apply to all dates listed above. The non-availability of material shall not prevent working days from being assessed. The City reserves the right to refuse to award the project to a prospective bidder if the bidder is in default for any of the following reasons: a. Failure to comply with any prequalification regulations of the City, if such regulations are cited, or otherwise included, in the proposal as a requirement for bidding. b. Failure to pay, or satisfactorily settle, all bills due for labor and materials on former contracts in force with the City at the time the City issues the proposal to a prospective bidder. c. Documented record of Contractor default under previous contracts with the City. d.
