Renovation of a municipal facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project entails removing and adding additional VAVs to the current system to provide greater cooling capacity for the building. Existing relief fans and exhaust fans shall be replaced. Existing boiler controls are to be upgraded. Provide a full test and balance report of all effected systems. Construction Cost Estimate: $116,976.00 Pre- Qualification : YES Question Submission Close Date 1/18/2022 3:00 PM MST Update internal zones from previous remodels with new VAV boxes and replace existing exhaust fans. This project will remove and replace the existing exhaust fans. New VAV zones will be assigned in interior zones, and a rebalance of the building airflows will be performed
