Project Name: Stadium Trail, 75th Ave to Skunk Creek Project (TRACS) Number: T032103D District: Central Route/MP: N/A Funding Source: CMAQ Construction Funding FY: 2023 Stadium Trail, 75th Ave to Skunk Creek (Phase 2) includes approximately 0.15 miles of multi-use path, a clear span pedestrian bridge of Skunk Creek near its confluence with the Arizona Canal Diversion Channel (ACDC), and an undercrossing of the existing 75th Avenue bridge to connect to the existing trail along the ACDC. The proposed trail will consist of a 12-foot wide concrete path with 2-foot and 4- foot wide shoulders with landscaping and lighting. Safety rail will be required in sections abutting Skunk Creek and ACDC. The consultant shall prepare preliminary and final construction documents, supporting documents and all clearances necessary to bid and award the project for construction. The services shall include but are not limited to: Project Management, Agency Coordination, Site Visits, Survey/Control/Base Map Preparation, Bridge and path design, Design exceptions, Structural Engineering Alternatives Analysis/Design, Evaluation of Feasibility for Undercrossing of Existing 75th Avenue Bridge and Connection to Existing ACDC Path, Preliminary Lighting Design, Wayfinding and Signage, Drainage Analysis and Drainage Design, Geotechnical/Materials Report, Utility Data Acquisition, Coordination and Relocation Design, Right of Way Identification and Acquisition Support, Environmental Analysis including Cultural Resources, Biological Assessment, Clean Water Act in Support of Obtaining a Categorical Exclusion for the Project, Support for Public Meetings, Preparation of Cost Estimates, Schedules, Construction Phasing, Landscaping and Landscape Irrigation, 404 and 408 Permitting Requirements, Coordination with Design Team for Stadium Trail Phase I, and Coordination with Private Development.
