A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Scope of this Project includes exterior improvements at the Ocean Residential Community Home Farmhouse, located at 1 Game Farm Road, Forked River, New Jersey. The exterior improvements include: 1. The removal of two (2) layers of existing asphalt shingle roofing, associated flashings and underlayment and installation of new asphalt-fiberglass shingles, underlayment, and ice and water barrier on the existing roof sheathing throughout the main roof. Also included is the removal of the existing SBS low slope roofing throughout and installation of a new SBS roofing system to be installed at the remaining portions of the building. New prefinished gutters and leaders, concrete splash blocks, and metal flashings at the brick chimneys are also included. 2. The removal of two (2) outer layers of siding (vinyl and cementitious asbestos) to the existing wood sheathing and installation of new vinyl siding throughout the entirety of the building. 3. The entirety of the exterior windows and doors are also to be removed and replaced with new. Bids may be accepted on the following branches of work, as applicable: a. Lump Sum All Trades b. General Construction c. Structural Steel d. Plumbing e. Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning f. Electrical g. Special Categories as may be required The successful bidder shall furnish within ten (10) calendar days after notice of award both a performance bond in statutory form in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price as security for the faithful performance of this contract and a payment bond in statutory form in amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as security for the payment of all persons and firms performing labor and furnishing materials in connection with this contract.
