Site work, new construction and renovation of a municipal facility in McCamey, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,999-square-foot municipal facility; and for the construction of a municipal facility.
Scope of Work: Renovation and new construction to expand the 4-H youth center. The Upton County McCamey 4-H Building expansion and renovation includes the renovation of the existing 5,248 square feet 4-H Building and the addition of 6,571 square feet of building. Construction materials and work required include but is not limited to: Concrete slab-on-grade, concrete foundation, pre-engineered metal building system, standing seam metal roofing, polished concrete floor, standard hollow metal frames and doors, plastic laminate clad doors, aluminum doors, windows and storefront, standard door hardware, standard glazing, acoustical lay-in ceilings, architectural woodwork, vinyl base, folding panel partitions, painting, signage, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, drywall, ceramic tile, painting, gutters and downspouts. The site work includes limited concrete paving, sidewalks, parking area striping and utilities. The project is located at the edge of McCamey off Highway 67. The address is 18001 W. US Highway 67, McCamey, Texas 79752.
