This project consist of furnishing all labor, materials, services and equipment, and performing all work necessary as specified for, but not be limited to, clearing and grubbing, reconstruction of parking lot pavement, trash enclosure, drive approaches, curb, gutter, curb ramps, chain-link fencing, chain-link rolling gate, and furnish and install covered parking structure, chain link rolling gates, landscape and irrigation systems. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: "Bid Proposal: 79 N. Sunnyside Site Improvements"
