https://www.cityofrichmond.net/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_12092021-452 PIR-01-2021 CITY OF RICHMOND Request for a Public Improvement Review regarding the reconstruction of Burke Drive. _________________________________________________________________________ The work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required to reconstruct 450 feet of Burke Drive in the City of Richmond. Work includes approximately 1,200 SY of pavement removal, 900 LF of curb removal & replacement, fine grading existing aggregate base, 450 Tons of new HMA pavement, 400 SY of restoration, and all associated work as shown on the Drawings or specified in the project documents. Bids shall be on a unit price basis with lump sum prices for certain items of the Work. The right is reserved by the Owner to accept any Proposal, to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive any and all irregularities in Proposals. No bids may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The Owner shall not engage in unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, height, weight, marital status, unrelated handicap, or handicap subject to reasonable accommodation.
