The vendor will clean up and dispose of all drug paraphernalia at the three locations (French market, Ursulines and Dumaine Street stations) as well as the roadway between the stations. Drugs paraphernalia includes but not limited to needles, needle caps, syringes, bongs, roach clips, miniature spoons, and various types of pipes. The vendor will also be responsible for removing other sharps or drug paraphernalia that is found at other location in Regional Transit Authority's system. The vendor must take the (RWP) Roadway Worker Protection class provided by Regional Transit Authority prior to working on the road. Failure to take and pass the class or follow the rules and procedures outlined in the (RWP) Roadway Worker Protection class will result in the termination of the contract. This contract will be awarded for a (1) year period
