Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rigaud, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Job Location: College de l'ASFC, 475 Chemin de la Grande-Ligne, Rigaud, QC J0P 1P0 The work consists of, without limiting it, emptying, disconnecting and moving the cabins and redo the foundations of the roadway and cabins in the port including reconstruction of the roadway and foundation of the cabins with the addition of permanent drainage to the roadway (see engineers plans and specifications). To carry out this work, the cabins must be moved to a safe designated area. Repairs to anchor points, repair and sealing of Fiberglass cabins will be required. During the removal and reinstallation of cabins, punctual openings and patching of the steel soffit must be carried out. Painting works will be required for the marking of lanes, aisles, parking spaces and all steel components and new wood posts. Minor structural works will be required to replace any damaged posts supporting the canopy. All as shown on the plans and specifications.
