Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Gardnerville, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project consists of removing existing shingles from the Pavilion at Heritage Park as well as all hardware for Christmas Decorations. Furnish and install all new asphalt shingles, fall arrest system, mounted ladder, and hardware for Christmas Decorations. Contractors will call Erik Nilssen at the number below and schedule a one-hour block to gain access to the roof and review the existing conditions. The contractors can ask any question during their time. A list of questions which would be beneficial for all bidders will be complied after the meeting and posted publicly. This prebid meeting will be the contractors only opportunity to access the roof of the pavilion. If the roof is accessed outside of the prebid conference the contractor shall be considered disqualified from bidding. See Article 6 of the Instructions to Bidders for additional information.
