Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center; fire / police facility; library; and municipal facility.
Buildings include 301 Main Street (Center Office Building - COB), 306 Main Street (Library), 308 Main Street (Town Hall), 346 Main Street (Public Safety), 480 Main Street (Senior Center), and 1 New Boston Road Extension (DPW/Highway building). The Bidder hereby agrees to commence work on or before the date to be specified in written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner, and to fully complete the project within 180 consecutive calendar days thereafter. The Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum twohundred fifty ($ 250) Dollars for each consecutive calendar day thereafter that the work is not complete as provided in the contract.
